Supporting Those Who Served
We are proud to reserve a portion of our apartment homes for qualified veteran households. Veteran applicants are given priority for available units until our veteran occupancy goals are met. To qualify, veterans must meet standard income and eligibility requirements, provide verification of veteran status, and pass our standard screening criteria.
How to Verify Veteran Status
We accept a variety of documents to confirm veteran eligibility, including:
- DD Form 214-Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty
- VA Benefit Summary or Award Letter - Available through VA.gov
- VA Health Identification Card (VHIC)
- Retired Military ID (DD Form 2)
- NGB Form 22-For National Guard veterans
- Letter from a recognized Veterans Service Organization (VSO)
